Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your ARKADASH account and associated data.

How to submit a request

  1. Email unsubscribe@baygamesstudio.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject ARKADASH Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your display name. Do not send a password or sensitive information.

What will be deleted

Your profile, email address, display name, internal user identifier and associated gameplay data will be deleted or anonymized after ownership verification. Information required for fraud prevention, security or legal compliance may be retained only for the period required by law.

Processing time

We will acknowledge the request and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
